Unfuck Your Mind
GUIDED RESET: That voice in your head? We need to talk about it.
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
How do you talk to yourself?
Not how you talk to other people.
Not how you present yourself.
But the voice in your head… when no one else is around.
Because that voice?
It’s either supporting you… or quietly tearing you down.
And most of the time… you don’t even realize it’s happening.
In this episode, we’re diving into:
– Why your self-talk sounds the way it does
– How it impacts your nervous system (more than you think)
– Why negative self-talk keeps you stuck, overwhelmed, or shut down
– And how to begin shifting it in a way that actually feels natural… not forced
Because this isn’t about “just think positive.” It’s about creating an internal environment that actually supports you. And if you wouldn’t say it to someone you love… you shouldn’t be saying it to yourself.
That’s not motivation… that’s self-abuse.
And there’s enough of that in this world already.
I see this shift happen all the time with clients, when they change how they speak to themselves… their life starts to change too… often without them even realizing it at first.
This one is real.
A little confronting.
And one of the most important conversations you can have with yourself.
And as always… be kind to yourself, and be kind to others.
You never truly know what someone else is carrying.
Keeping it Real,
Jamie Lynn (& Daniel)
